A foil impression pick for Portuguese cross locks.
We recommend using 0.03 or 0.04 mm thick self-adhesive foil.

It works reliably. 0.03 will not be included in the kit. 0.03, of course, opens the lock in five seconds. But it can misfire because it's too weak. Therefore, the kit includes 0.04 foil. One is already glued, I'll show you the second one now. Cut the strip from about the stop to the tip, covering all the rows. Start gluing from one side. You'll need some kind of credit card. Basically, any plastic card. And wrap it around the lock with a small, light stretch. Then you'll need a knife. Here you'll need to make a cut and remove the excess foil. Then, go over each side with a plastic card. Go over the tip a little with your fingers and then with the card. Well, that's it. Everything is ready. The key only works on one side. One side is thicker. The tool can work on either side. That is, it doesn't matter which way you insert it; it will work on either side. But after opening, you need to pull it out in the same position. So, for convenience, the name is facing up, so that's how we insert it. We apply gentle tension to the left, then to the right, and then in a circular motion. So, now to the right, then a circular motion to the left. And pull it out in the same position. The lock is not damaged—it remains functional. Let's take the second one. Tighten it on one side, then the other. Regarding the foil, one more time. The standard one, included with the kit, is 0.04 mm. For those who want to use 0.03 mm foil, it opens the lock in 5 seconds. But it misfires too often, because if you press it in, it won't open.
