Text in the 1st video: Hello. These are the Abus X12-R cylinder and the European profile EC-880. Almost the same keys, the tool is suitable for both models. We use foil 06. You can open it in different ways. You can move up and down like this. But this must be done very carefully. Can be done in bursts. The foil can be shaped on the back of the tool, but this is not necessary, you can immediately lay it on the working part. Let's try to move up and down. Now we try to open X12-R. These locks can wedged, half a turn, so it's best to have some kind of lever with you. Of course, you can just take pliers, but it’s better, of course, to have such a special handle so that you can rip it off. Well, it will take less effort. This is how we put it. You can tighten up here. I`ll try to put a new foil... That's how it can wedge, so it takes a little tug to turn. And with such a handle, it turns out faster and easier.
Text in the 2nd video: These are Abus X12R cylinders. Depending on the year of manufacture, the handles may have a different shape and will be marked P12R, M12R, and so on. The European profile is called EC880. It's the same cylinder. Double-row. Place the foil on both sides. 0.06 foil. You can't use thinner. If the foil is thinner, it may shrink when you turn it halfway. Even with this foil, try not to twist it too much after opening. You can use thicker foil, but the time will increase significantly. Opening time. Place the strip immediately on the working part. Here in the middle. Press it down. Here's the corner. You can use a lever. There will be a special handle for this. It will be available soon. For now, I just use flat-nose pliers. Don't overdo it. You'll also really need a lever if the tool shrinks, like it does now. And you'll need to turn it to a position where you can reach it. You're unlikely to be able to do this with your fingers. So, a handle that provides leverage will be very useful. It will be available for purchase very soon. Okay, let's try the next one. We'll place it directly on the working surface. And insert it carefully. Let's try it. Let's try the next one. Overall, the tool works well. As I said, thicknesses lower than 0.06 shouldn't be used. The price will be on the website, along with phone numbers and links.
