Self-impression locksmith key for opening Spanish cylinders TESA TK100.
It is recommended to use sheet foil with a thickness of 0.07mm or 0.08mm.
Text in the 1st video: This is the TK100 series, Tesa. These are the keys. We use foil 07 and 08. 07 copper foil and it works great, it opens quickly. We use 08 less often. In cases where it was not possible to open the lock by 07 foil, then we use 08. Now I will open with 08 foil to show the difference in opening speed. We rock up and down, the tension goes mainly to the left side. That is, we make a tension to the left and swing, and again a tension to the left and swing up and down. We do this 10-20 times and then make sharp jerks in this manner. The opening principle is this. You can, of course, rock to the right, but here the amplitude is less, so we mostly rock to the left. If suddenly it rotates a little poorly to the left, then we make rocking movements up and down and it will be released, or we make jerks. Such a sharp jerk. Well, this is just in case it gets a little stuck (when does not turn well to the left). This was foil 08. Now I will use 07 and we will see the difference. I will show in a separate video how to prepare and apply foil for this tool. So, make tension to the left. This part does not rotate because the rear part has been disassembled. I'll take the next one. Make tension to the left. As you can see, copper foil 07 works faster. But if lock doesn’t open, then take 08. So, in general, the main foil for this tool is 07. Both foils and everything necessary for opening will be included in the kit.
Text in the 2nd video: This is Tesa TK100. And now I will show you how to use foil correctly. The performance of the tool will depend on how correctly the foil is used. So. Strip width. The strip should be approximately the width of the tool. Now the nose. We cut it like this. Now we place it on the back side of the instrument, where there are no holes, and bend the nose. It closes the first pin. That is, we left this length to close the first pin. Now we turn it over, take a plastic card and press it in from the middle. Gently press the middle. Now we smooth it with our finger. Now the next edge, we do the same manipulations. And now the side ones. You can smooth it with a ruler rather than with your fingers. Now it's the same on the other side. We completely repeat the key. Here we have the finished form. Now turn it over and place the foil on the working part. And just smooth the nose with your finger. It doesn't need to be pressed in, it just needs to be closed due to the interactive pin. Now let's try to open the lock. The main foil is copper foil 07. 08 is used less often. But we provide both in the kit. When inserting the tool, the foil on the spout will smooth itself out. We rock...we do tension mainly to the left side. And we rock up and down, 10-20 times, then 5 times left and right. That is, like this. We swing more up and down, and a little left and right. If it bites, we also try to swing it up and down or jerk it sharply.
