Text in the video: Hi. WILKA Carat S3. Keys with lower, upper, and side pins, and this interactive element. Carat S3 / MLS. I don't know why it says MLS here, or why it says WILKA MLS here. Well, whatever, the cylinder looks very serious, and the key looks very serious too. There's a photo on the website, a clear photo, if you need to see it clearly.
For this work, we use pre-cut foil, 0.05 mm thick, rarely 0.06 mm thick. 90% of the time, it's 0.05 mm thick foil.
As for the tool, I'll show you how it works now, and I'll also send you a video tutorial with more detailed explanations on how to best use it.
Okay, let's get started. Let's open all three now. We make a mold on the back, as usual, and use it. You can use your fingers, but a ruler is better.
So, everything is as usual when working with this type of tool.
We use a ruler to shape the shape, paying special attention to the tip to ensure everything is smooth and there are no protruding edges. We transfer it to the working part and insert it. When inserting it, be sure to carefully look at the foil from underneath, preferably to make sure it doesn't get creased while you're inserting it. Now, regarding the work, how we work, you don't need much force; basically, just rocking it left and right is enough.
You can sometimes tighten it, for example, to the left, like this, and gently rock it up and down, but this is not necessary. Typically, standard pressure like this is enough, but you can combine up and down and right and left. My locks are a bit worn, I've already tested them a bit, but maybe they open faster.
When I get a new lock, it might take a little longer. I'll include this thing with the kit; if the foil gets stuck, it'll be easy to remove. The locks open very easily. If something doesn't work, you can simply re-apply the foil and try a second time, maybe even a third.
Be sure to check the bottom to make sure the foil isn't creased.
