Locksmith lishi style Decoder for multiple cylinders

Video text: A new decoder for opening cylinders Sherlock, Hardlock, Yale, Apecs, Trion, and like them. There are also copies, analogs with a wave. They all look the same. If you close this label, it's very easy to recognize the profile. Yale, Sherlock, Hardlock. They all have the same profile. They can be divided into keys based on the length of the cylinder. And so the key can be longer or shorter. For example, here's the same thing. The Apecs key. Longer and shorter. And short cylinders have fewer pins. Like here. One, two, three, four, five, I think, 5 pins. And the long ones have nine. And, accordingly, the key goes in… The long one goes deep, and the short one goes less. The decoder can work on both short and long cylinders. But when working with short ones, it goes halfway in. And that's very inconvenient. Therefore, I don't recommend working with short ones at all. You can handle the short ones by hand, using various rake picks, comb picks. But where it goes deep, there's about two centimeters left before it stops. That's how deep it goes and with these you can work fine. That is, with long keys. It won't be convenient with short ones. It's possible, but it's very inconvenient. And it's better to work with short ones with other tools. It makes no difference whether they're Sherlock, Hardlock, Apecs or Yale. They're essentially identical. This is the manipulator for the side sliders, for the wave. This one is for the main pins. You can tighten it either to the right or to the left. But in practice, it's often easier to go left. Although it's not necessary. You can also tighten it to the right. But it's often easier to open it to the left. Let's get started. Well, we can adjust it and see. There it is, the sliders are springy. We tighten here. And this is the work with the main pins. After the cylinder settles a little, you can adjust the wave. Okay, here we have the opening. There's a scale marked here, if you'd like You can read it roughly the same way as car locks. And you can try reading the code. --- There's a similar scale here. I wouldn't say it's super accurate. But if you want, if you really need it, you can try reading the code. I haven't tried it. I don't need it. But if someone wants, you can give it a try. This is a tool for clean work. What else is important to say here? For example, here is the key, it`s kind of strange. Not very long, not very short. This is our HardLock. It only goes in a little bit. Working with a short one would be inconvenient. But, as a rule, when it's short, there are 6 pins here. It can be easily opened with hand tools. So, I repeat, it's mainly for keys with deep insertions. HardLock, SherLock, YALE, Apecs, Trion. There are many other similar ones. They all have similar keys. The price will be on the website. Bye.
