Text in the video: These are decoders for opening Yale locks. There are different decoders for opening Yale locks: the decoder for the Yale Platinum and the decoder for the Yale Superior. They are different, with slightly different waveforms and distances on their sliders. Also, the Superior will fit all standard cylinders that are commonly found, such as Apecs, Hardlock, Sherlock, Trion, and other similar profiles. Now let's try opening a Yale. Keys can be in short cylinders, and if the decoder inserts like this, leaving about two centimeters, it will work fine. If the decoder inserts like this, halfway, it will be difficult to use. These decoders are mainly for long keys. You can tighten them to the right or to the left; the left is usually easier, so I'll tighten them to the left. We work along the main pins and then adjust the lateral wave. If the cylinder is sagging, we can adjust the sliders right away.
