Text in the video: Hello, This is safe lock FAS. We will decode, but not from the beginning, but closer to the end. I have already done almost all the work. Why not from the beginning? Because I will do the same action almost the entire video. So there is no point, it will be maybe 15 minutes, maybe 20 minutes. Therefore, I have already assembled most of the key. I just want to show the main points. So, we have 9 levers in the lock. Of the 9 levers, one is just an insert, a plastic insert. And this insert, we assemble here, put on the tension. So, this insert, as a rule, is the first one. The first one and then the remaining 8 levers go. They can be at the top, at the bottom, there can be 4 at the top, 4 at the bottom, they can go through one, and up and down. In general, in different ways. So what do we do? We start working. We insert the manipulator to the end and start feeling, searching. Here is the first one. This is just an insert, we just rest against it. Next comes the second one. It already springs up. Next comes the third one. It springs down. Next comes the fourth one. The fourth one is up. Next comes the fifth one. Down. The sixth one. Down again. The seventh one. Up. The eighth one. Down. And the ninth one. Up. There are two divisions here, just in case. They will not be used here. For convenience, we draw a scale and write it down for ourselves, just for convenience. The first one is an insert. The second lever is at the top. The third is at the bottom. The fourth one is up. Fifth, sixth are down. Seventh up. Eighth down. Ninth up. This will be clear. This will be easier. The essence of the work is to assemble a set key. We work on a clamped lever. We find the clamped one and start screwing in the bolts. This is the place for the fixation. We fix it. We make sure it is straight. Insert it until it stops. Here it is the tensioner. Locks can come in slightly different geometry. Some couple dozen, here and there. For example, in this lock you need to press the tool forward a little, so that it fits well there... Here I turn and the deadbolt moves. That is, everything is positioned correctly inside. If I do not press forward, just turn, it wedges a little and the deadbolt stays in place. That is, press forward a little and it fits correctly. That is, there are some points. You can have a key with you to insert and simply adjust the tumblers. So, let's get to work. We insert, tighten, unscrew the retainer, remove. We hold it here with our hand. Remove. We insert the feeler gauge, the manipulator. We put the tensioner back and start feeling, as we have described. The second one is up, there is some backlash. The third one down. Here it is, clamped. The tumblers will be slightly clamped or completely clamped, or there will be a very strong rubbing. That is, either completely clamped, or strongly rubbed. And, as a rule, the set key starts from the nose, that is, from the first, and the second, third, fourth... that is, go, go and gradually reaches the clamped ones to these. Then, of course, it can jump. For example, we setting up there the seventh, eighth, ninth and then it can jump there to the second, third. It happens. Now we have a jammed third. So, here they are. Four heights. First, second, third, fourth. Here is the set key. First, second, third. We take the lowest height bolt and screw it into this place. Well, and in this way we continue, continue to work. We do the same action. We insert. We make tension. We remove. We insert the manipulator. We return the tension and feel. Play. Third. Jammed. Clamped. We unscrew the third small bolt and take the next height, step number two. Only four steps. Tighten. Insert. Fix. The lock is opened. It doesn't turn a little. I try to press a little until it stops. That is, there may be such moments. The housings in these locks are cast. There may be moments when the tool does not go in as it should, that is, too tightly. Therefore, you can have some kind of tool to slightly sharpen the input hole. Then, when we screw the bolts here, these bolts here can slightly come out inside and therefore the probe may not be inserted. This is a regular round file. If the probe does not go in, we make a couple of movements and after that everything goes in well. In fact, that's it. I think I explained it clearly. Manipulator, set key, handle, screwdriver and a set of screw pins. This is what is included in the kit.
