And one like that. Everything is the same, the profile is the same, but there is a very small difference in size. Most likely this lock was released earlier, that is, it is older. The fact is that Topolino T60 does not fit into this T60 lock, does not enter. With these are good, but this one is not. Therefore, the entire batch of Topolino had to be ground down a little so that the decoder could enter into this lock. Therefore, for those who have Topolino and who may have already encountered this, there is such a nuance that in order for it to fit into all types of T60 locks, it must be ground down. Even now, when I`ve grounded it down, from the one side it fits well, from the other it fits tightly, but it fits. And now, as an example, I’ll show you the opening with an impression tool with foil, which fits into all T60s and works very well. And this last batch of T60 impressions with foil has turned out to be very well. Speed and almost 100% opening.
Text in the 2nd video: Hi! Today I'll be using a TESSA T60. I have the old one, new ones, and a Topolino decoder. I'll tell you about it now. In principle, it is clear how the Topolino decoder works, but I will show you now. Regarding TESSA T60 cylinders. There are old ones; they've been in production for a long time. There are old ones, and there are new ones. Regarding the new ones, the Topolino decoder fits and generally works fine. Regarding the old ones, they look absolutely identical. If you look closely, it's the same. But it's a different size, a little smaller. The Topolino decoder often doesn't even fit into old TESSA T60s. It can fit if you pull the shutter back, for example, and then get in without the shutter. In that case, even if you open it, you won't be able to get the Topolino decoder out. You'll have to break it off in that lock. In other words, it won't come out. The shutter won't slide back in, and therefore, the tool won't be able to get out. Therefore, for the Topolino decoder to work with old TESSA cylinders, even those that have been around for a while, it requires machining, turning, and sharpening. Then it will fit and work properly in both new and old cylinders. That's the story. Therefore, after the factory, manual machining is still required. Our cylinders are hand-turned. They are a little more expensive because we spent time on them and processed them so they can open all TESSA cylinders (old and new). So, if anyone has encountered a problem where the Topolino simply doesn't fit, or only fits with the shutter open, then remove the shutter, and then it can fit. That's the story. To work properly with all TESSA cylinders, the Topolino needs to be modified and sharpened. If it's a new TESSA T60, it will fit and work properly. For those who don't know, if you buy Topolino from the manufacturer, that is, the Bulgarians, it simply won't fit in some models, mostly older ones. And if it does, it's without the shutter. If you pull the shutter back, it will fit. In that case, it'll just get stuck. Basically, most older models can't be opened with it. Why? It's too thick. And only after modification, after processing, Topolino Tesa T60 can fit old models. Most of these locks can be opened. And, by the way, the opening speed increases. So, for those who don't know, We sell them processed, meaning they fit everyone. As for impression tools with foil, they fit everyone as well. And, by the way, it works just as well. I'll demonstrate now. Sometimes, when it fits tightly... it can go forward fine... like this. But the shutter is hard to move... You can try wiggling it a little like this. But anyway sometimes the shutter gets stuck and it's hard to open. You have to be carefull so as not to break anything. So, we apply a good tension, good amount of tention. But the manipulator we use very gently! Don't confuse this, because if you press too hard, it's fragile and can break. So, we apply a good amount of tension only for tension. But the manipulator use gently! And now I'll show you with foil. If the lock is old, then the impression is simply more tightly seated. And when it's tightly seated, it doesn't wobble. Basically, when the impression is tight, it opens much slower because you can't wiggle it properly. Here, it's tightly seated, so it will take a long time to open. In this case, to increase the speed, I simply install a long handle. It's easy to use. Your hand doesn't get tired. It's just faster and easier. It doesn't require much strength, it is not a force key. But it's easier and faster for your hand with this handle. Or we position it in the middle, like this. And then you can rock it up and down. You can do this with a regular handle as well. It's just that when the impression is tightly "set," it doesn't rock easily, it takes more time to rock it and press the impression onto the foil.
